Following the success of the first futurdialog session at London Book Fair 2014, BIC and Lumina Datamatics are delighted to again be joining forces to bring this lunch time event to Frankfurt Book Fair 2014 to be held on Tuesday 9th October 2014 12noon – 2pm.

Moderated by Karina Luke, Executive Director at BIC, this exclusive event will offer attendees the opportunity to hear a panel of international book industry experts in conversation on the following questions:

* How important is it for publishers to understand their end consumers? Why does it matter, and why is it more important now than ever before?
* What resource does gaining this knowledge require? How might this be achievable?
* What preparatory steps should publishers consider before launching into this type of information gathering? How will data be gathered? How frequently? What data sources will be used? What information is required? How will this information be used?
