Campaigns Assistant, Ebury

CLOSING DATE: 8 July 2019

Are you a people person? Can you keep things running smoothly?

Ebury is the UK’s largest dedicated non-fiction publisher, home to authors ranging from Yotam Ottolenghi to Caitlin Moran to Peter Crouch.

We’re looking for a super organised Campaigns Assistant to support our fast-moving publicity and marketing team. You’ll mainly be based within our Smart hub, which publishes serious non-fiction in areas like history, science, business, memoir and big ideas books.

You’ll ensure that the team has everything they need to engage readers and drive sales, from preparing for meetings and travel arrangements, diary management, processing invoices, updating databases that feed through to our suppliers and organising mailouts.

In short, you’ll be the point person for the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get your feet wet in a busy campaigns team. You’ll learn how to deal with press enquiries, run social media, and write promotional materials. You’ll build your network and work collaboratively with internal teams such as production, editorial, sales and rights, as well as advertising agencies, influencers and the media.

You’ll enjoy engaging in the world around you, whether that’s pop culture or news, you’ll have a meticulous eye for detail, and you’ll thrive on talking with a huge range of people.

You need to have a creative eye, both for visual design and copywriting, and any experience using design software would be a bonus.

If that sounds like you, please apply with a CV and covering letter by 8th July

Salary: £23,000
