How far can you take our story?

Ebury is the UK’s largest dedicated non-fiction publisher, with authors ranging from Marie Kondo to Peter Crouch, Mary Berry to Tan France. We are looking for an innovative Creative and Communications Director to get even more of our amazing books into the hands of readers.

This is a new role at an exciting time of change and growth for us. You’ll design and lead our Comms and Creative strategy, across our four new publishing hubs, and grow our lists and brands through entrepreneurial thinking.

We’re looking for someone who can get our books to the widest possible audience and is always looking to drive demand through high-impact campaigns, across events, print, broadcast, online, audio and brand partnerships.

As part of the senior leadership team at Ebury, you’ll inspire and manage teams to deliver outstanding campaigns. You’ll be the voice of Ebury within Penguin Random House and externally, from your input on new book acquisitions and cover designs, to growth plans for our flagship authors.

Whether you have a background in publishing or not, it’s critical that you have a passion for books, a track record of standout campaigns, and that you always have an eye on the bigger picture.
