A rare and exciting opportunity has come up for a Head of Campaigns to lead Ebury’s new Self hub. Spanning the iconic imprints Vermilion and Rider, the publishing ranges from psychology and parenting to mindfulness and spirituality, with authors including Marie Kondo, Brené Brown, Tim Ferriss and Edith Eger.

We’re looking for someone who can lead high-impact integrated campaigns – weaving publicity and marketing to drive demand. Across print, digital, broadcast, events and brand partnerships, you will know how to launch book with a splash and drive long-term reader demand.

You’ll have exceptional people skills. Authors, agents, media, influencers and more: you need to be adept at building relationships, as well as the arts of persuasion and negotiation. You’ll enjoy inspiring and developing your own team, as well as working closely alongside editors to creatively generate new books.

You’ll also need tenacity and flexibility. You’re someone who enjoys trying new things to reach an audience, quick to respond to current events and trends, and thrive on the challenge of high profile projects.
