Cornerstone

Are you full of creative and exciting ideas?

Know what it takes to deliver a great marketing campaign?

Want to work with high-profile commercial and literary titles and brands across fiction and non-fiction?

If you answered yes to the above, we might have the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Cornerstone division. You’ll develop marketing campaigns for a range of Cornerstone titles – from pitch at acquisition, right through to post-campaign review.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll manage all aspects of campaign strategy and execution across both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer activity including: writing copy and briefing designers, planning media with our agency and liaising with a wide range of creative and digital agencies and partners. There may also be the opportunity to work across divisions on key group projects.

This role is both creative and strategic, so you’ll be able to demonstrate a strong track record in successfully planning, implementing and analysing a wide variety of campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing background, solid experience in running digital campaigns, excellent copywriting skills, delight in creativity and possess a strong eye for design. A background in publishing or entertainment/culture/brands would be an advantage.

You’ll be a self-starter, organised and able to work to tight deadlines, often under pressure and with excellent attention to detail.  It also goes without saying you’ll be able to connect with and influence people, from presentations and stakeholder management, to working exceptionally well in a team.

On top of that you’ll have a results-driven approach to delivering quality work, strong digital and social media skills, and a proven commitment to maintaining and enhancing your learning in this area.

This is senior campaigns role within the Cornerstone Marketing team and requires demonstrable experience at this level.  You might be a Senior Marketing Executive ready for the next step, or you could already be a Marketing Manager looking for a new challenge.

If this sounds like your ideal role, please apply here with your cover letter, CV, and an example of a recent campaign that demonstrates your suitability for this role by 25th June.
